In the competitive world of home improvement, most contractors sell products. Jacob Herren, CEO and part-owner of American Vision Windows of Arizona (“AVW”), sells accountability. Still in his 20s, he leads a statewide operation known for long-tenured crews, one-day whole-house installs, and a deliberately consultative approach that puts the homeowner’s long-term satisfaction ahead of any single manufacturer’s name brand. His parents, Bill and Kathleen Herren, founded the original enterprise in California in 2000. That California company now boasts hundreds of employees and more than a million windows installed in the Golden State.  Building on lessons learned over decades, Jacob Herren took the reigns over in Arizona in 2024, and has been delighting homeowners ever since.
